    I was happy to find a pump to fit down my 3 inch steel casing. I had to work to get this pump past a bad rusted spot in my casing. Thank goodness this pump has a metal casing and can take a beating. It went down 105 feet and is working awesome for over a month. Much faster and more water pressure than my old piston pump. Thank you for all the help with the express delivery to get the pump to me. My family is enjoying the water, especially the showers. I would buy this again without a question.

    Great initial customer service in that the appropriateness of the 3" pump was quickly confirmed via email. I dropped it down my old windmill casing, lit it up and hosed down my wife who didn't realize the water-moving ability of this unit. My only reservation re. this unit is that it was far too pretty to put down a well, beautiful piece of hardware.

    Our quit after 4 months of use ...I called customer service . The technician helped me test wiring to find that wiring may be the issue ...I pulled the pump sure enough wires were burned and shorted in well casing; replaced the wiring & pump fired right up . Thank You !! Not only did help us with the pump but followed up with us ON HIS SATURDAY DAY OFF !!! THANK You ! This pump works Great far better than original .

    Pump works great I have it 40 ft and it operates 3 impact sprinklers that use 4 gpm each. And the people at tuhorse are very knowledgeable and friendly.

    Tuhorse 3" submersible, the BEST

    My 3" submersible pump has been in service for 7 days now. It was very easy to assemble both pump and motor. It went down my 4" casing very very easy. Thanks to a well driller friend, he suggested I purchase a 3" pump rather than drill a new well. I saved thousands $$. When I read the reviews of this particular pump, that's when I decided to buy it, 4 and 5 star reviews and the cost was half of what others wanted. They answered all my questions promptly before purchasing. I am very satisfied, I recommend Tuhorse for all well pump needs.
