208 MFD (uF), 330VAC Motor Start Capacitor, Made in the USA by BMI

This AC motor start capacitor is suitable for single phase submersible pumps control box by Sta-Rite, Berkeley, Pentek Pentair and Franklin with capacitor start and capacitor run (CSCR) control boxes.

It is fully compatible for replacing those capacitors with part number: U17-1428,  U17-1428-R , 091A208B330CE7X and  091A208B330DE8X ( 091A208B330DE8X is an older version that has bigger diameter, 091A208B330CE7X has the same electronic specification, 100% electronically compatible )

208-250UF, 330VAC, also described as 208 MFD +20%/-0%. Discharge resistor attached 2 poles shown in photo.

MFD, MF or UF are all the same meaning - Micro Farad. 

The start capacitor in a motor control box is considered a consumable part. Capacitors tend to lose capacitance over time and/or use, and need to be replaced when the capacitance drops 10% below the described range or electrolyte leaking is observed.
